I am a Java Backend Developer with 1.5+ year of experience, skilled in Spring Boot, Spring,and Docker, with strong computer science fundamentals.Passionate about clean code and efficient systems, I draw inspiration from my interest in philosophies to approach problems creatively.
Experience
I designed and developed a robust Contract Management Service that supports multi-party agreements, multi-tenancy, job scheduling, and notification systems, seamlessly integrating across multiple business verticals.
To enhance operational efficiency, I engineered a high-throughput ticketing system that handles 10,000+ daily ticket creations while implementing a graceful rollback mechanism for over 50,000 failed tickets. Additionally, I developed a custom auto-assignment algorithm to optimize agent ticket distribution, ensuring faster resolution times. My work also involved integrating and streamlining social media ticket processing, enabling seamless customer interactions across multiple platforms.
Beyond ticketing, I built a dynamic query generation framework leveraging ClickHouse and Apache Pinot, allowing efficient handling of 20M+ rows and reducing query response times from 6 seconds to under 1 second.
I also played a key role in optimizing the employee attendance flow, improving a system used daily by thousands of internal employees, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
Developed 36 REST APIs within a month and contributed to a team of 11 in building the Personal Financial Management (PFM) project, showcasing efficiency and teamwork.
